Edinburgh City Centre is easily accessed without a car using the bus stop directly outside our B+B offering three buses directly into town. So you can leave your car here, bus into town and see the sites without fear of traffic wardens. The 31 bus runs every ten minutes - there are many more too. Your journey into Edinburgh City Centre from Edinburgh bed and Breakfast takes around ten to 15 minutes, sometimes less - a very quick service speeded up by the 'Greenways' special bus and taxi lanes. There are night buses too!
A taxi into Edinburgh City Centre is around 10GBP. A taxi to or from Edinburgh airport costs about 7GBP, which may vary depending upon traffic volume. This is your best option if you have no car, especially if you have luggage. The Edinburgh Airport/City Centre bus is cheaper for one person at 3.30GBP (5GBP return) but leaves you a 300 metres walk to/from Craigievar - so travel light (or take a taxi).
